Furas is a connector, not a party to any employment relationship. The platform:

• does not guarantee that any candidate will be hired, interviewed, or shortlisted;
• does not warrant the accuracy of information submitted by agencies, employers, or candidates;
• does not act as employer, sponsor, or agent for any party;
• bears no liability for hiring or non-hiring decisions made by employers or agencies;
• bears no liability for salary, contract terms, visa outcomes, or performance disputes between the parties.

All employment, work-permit, and visa obligations remain the sole responsibility of the UAE establishment and its licensed recruitment agent in accordance with UAE labour law.

To preserve auditability of the UAE labour market, all party-to-party communication regarding candidate sourcing, shortlisting, offers, and placements must occur inside the platform. Off-platform coordination undermines the platform's supervisory purpose and may result in account suspension.

Candidate resumes and personal data submitted to Furas may be shared with:

• licensed UAE recruitment agencies matching an open request;
• UAE establishments participating in an active shortlist;
• the UAE Ministry of Human Resources & Emiratisation and ICP for verification and work-permit processing.

By submitting a profile, the candidate consents to the above sharing for the purpose of UAE workforce participation.

Furas supports the UAE's demographic diversification objectives through preferential fee treatment (subject to programme approval) for candidates from designated MoU countries. Participation in this programme is at the discretion of the UAE authorities and may be revised at any time.

Agency and employer accounts are subject to review and approval by Furas administrators. Providing false licence, establishment, or contact information will result in immediate removal.

These terms may be updated to reflect regulatory changes. Continued use after publication of updated terms constitutes acceptance.
